Immortalizing Alabama’s sports champions, Alabama Sports Hall of Fame displays more than 5,000 pieces of memorabilia from greats such as Hank Aaron, Carl Lewis, Willie Mays and Jesse Owens. Exhibits include six life-size sports dioramas, two Heisman Trophies, one of coach Bear Bryant's hats, and an array of historic athletic uniforms. This popular museum and lies adjacent to the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center.
