I purchased a pair of Steve Maiden tights. The design was very unique and I absolutely loved them. I didn't realize it until I was ready to wear them, but I had actually purchased the wrong color. The tights were brown and I needed black. I was very disappointed when I went to exchange them because there was not another pair in sight! The cashier that was assisting me was very nice and searched everywhere that she could think of and we still couldn't find that design. I exchanged the tights for a plain pair. As I was leaving the store, I heard someone yelling behind me. It was the cashier!!! She was waving a black pair of tights that she had found a few minutes after I had left! I was so happy that I actually hugged her and tears were in my eyes! That was so very kind of her and that was really going beyond the call of duty!
